Xiaomi gateway V3

Hello,

i have a xiaomi gateway V3, i have search for days…nothing found : Does this gateway give an entity “gateway” when you integrate it in hassio?

Because i have only all the sensors, no entity “gateway” so i cant use “alarm panel” to arm/desarm on hassio.

I have a Aqara Hub (compatible Home Kit) so its a V1 i think, when i integrate it with discovery:
i have an entity called “Aqara Hub 3710” and i can manage it with the card “alarm panel” and of course use arm function.

I am very disappointed because on my Aqara i cant see the door sensor and temperature sensors but i can manage the hub, and with the mio gateway V3 i see all sensors but can’t manage the gateway…

Thanks a lot for a response, for those it works, about this entity “xiaomi_aqara” that i have never seen as entity, like in the exemple at the end of the pahe here : https://www.home-assistant.io/components/xiaomi_aqara/

I found what i need : for those who buy the same sh… of china :slight_smile: :

1-Aqara Hub (compatible homekit) has no possibility to see door sensor and switch with discovery: in HA : or they no working no more in Mi Home…can have both…but i dont succeed to add more sensor, only those are already present when Aqara Hub appear in notification after have been discovered…(motion sensor, leds bulbs only).

2-Gateway V3 has no possibility of Arming in HA (no Alarm_panel) : same thing above : the xiaomi_aqara integration doesnt offer this option : you need to make automations because there is only the xiaomi_aqara.play_ringtone option with the xiaomi integration, no entity gatewayV3…
