The last version 1.4.1_175 didn’t solve the issue for me

Hi. I have same problem. And when I try to connect some device like a pc or smartphone to the network where the gateway is connected, sometimes it takes 20/30 seconds to connect to the network. When I reset the gateway and disconnect it from my network, all start work normally… I think it is firmware problem. Any solution or way to downgrade? Why they don’t solve this problem. Damn
Similar behavior. No changes on the packet loss in the last version 1.4.1_175.0220 for any of my three HUBs in different apartments.

I don’t know is it will work for you, but I realized/found it with luck. New EU type gateways have extra antennas and our v2 CN type gateway doesnt have. When I tried to plug extra antennas on my gateway, I want to try one thing before it. Remove ground pin. When I removed the ground pin in CN type, the package loss came to normal. or you can try totally opposite if you converter don’t have ground pin you can change it with new grounded one. If the house you are using is old and your ground line is problematic, it may be due to this.
