45% isn’t great. Especially if there are other nearby routers overlapping the same channel…then it would be pretty bad.
Use a WIFI analyzer near the light and see if you notice any interfering APs in the area on the channel you’re using. There are apps for iphone and android to do this.
So I gain a bit but it seems not to be enough yet as the phenomenon is still happening. The logbook is filled with messages about the light becoming unavailable then off.

It seems that I am not the only one with the problem. On Mi Community, dozens of users say they face big packet loss rate since not long ago. Maybe a problem on Chinese connexion or maybe it’s an update…
Right now, the light bulb is one meter away from my router whish is fiber optic connected. I still have 33.3% packet loss rate on the Mi app.
