Xiaomi MiWiFi component for tracking devices and managing routers

Hi!

Yes, I know that. I’m using the login password.

EDIT: I also tried with the other password just for testing (who knows). No luck either

Maybe some cache thing? No idea tbh

Any help please?

I’m afraid resetting the router is not an option…I have a work/prod environment here as well and I would lose the router IPs assignment.

Do you know how to make this work?

Changes in v2.7.1

BREAKING CHANGES

  • Added a setting to select the password encryption algorithm. - #62

HELPFUL INFORMATION

  • By default, miwifi uses the sha1 encryption algorithm for the password, but in new firmware versions it has been replaced with sha256. If everything works, you don’t need to change it, only if you have an authorization error and nothing works.

NEW DEVICE

  • Add support Redmi Gaming Router AX5400 (RB04)

I have a AX3600 router at home in wifi repeater mode, the integration works fine, but I don’t see the devices connected to the router, I always get this message:
Selección_1642

Hello, I just installed this amazing integration and I want to do the automation and service to block a device like it is in the example. The problem is that I don’t know what the device id of my router is.

Can you tell me an example?

I don’t think it’s a device tracker or switch or the Mac adress…

Thanks in advance

This service to block a device can be used when for example that a wifi device does not work correctly, such as a camera that does not see the image, and then unblock so that it can be reconnected and the image can be seen again. To make an automation block and after 20 seconds unblock. Is that so?

Can you please answer me the comment before, it would be very helpful for me. Thanks in advance

*Can you tell me an example of my router device ID or where can I find it?

Enable force load mode. Otherwise, the repeater will not count.

We decided everything in the telegram with you) Do you still have questions?
