Xiaomi Moisture Meter Configuration on ESP32

I ordered an Xiaomi moisture meter and am looking for configuration steps for Home Assistant with a ESP32 board. I found other Xiaomi instructions but not the moisture sensor. Link to the meter is below.

Thanks for the direction. Obviously I am new to the Home Assistant platform. I have a Si7021 sensor up and working but I am still early on the learning curve.
