Just saw this post. You are exactly formulating what I was trying to find. Haven’t bought it yet, but I am seriously digging the design. But I do not want to install/use the mi home app.

You can integrate the alarm clock as a sensor without an issue. The feature that I am missing is the abilit to set the alarm clock via home assistant (among other features).

I didn’t find any source that did this unfortunately. My amateurish thinking is that as the alarm clock is purely interfaced via Bluetooth LE the other tasks should be executable via an GATT write command send from the

I have only a rudimentary understanding of all this. But I will try to draw closer to the question But ideally, someone with far more knowledge of ble interfacing in HA could help me with that.
