Do you have to use the UART connection to use an esp board to open and close the lock? You mentioned that when you restart the esp the it causes the lock to lock or unlock, is that related to the ESP-01 board pins or will have the same behaviour regardless of the the board, I am planing on using a Esp32-C3
I found my unused brand-new sherlock s2 with 5 bluetooth key fobs…
and happily logged now in 2024 to the bluelok app to use it… but i see i threw my money away hahahahahahahaha
I hope someone can find a solution almost to use the product with the BT keys or another platform.

I should have realised when I bought it years ago (I just found it unused now in 2024 along with 5 bluetooth remotes) that using an email [email protected] (that comes printed in the packaging) was not very corporate and serious hahahahahahaha.
the ios/android bluelok smart app disappeared from playstore/appstore.
what is going on ?

i am currently using the remote button with an esp32, if it ever gets reset, need to tap into the lock itself to press the lock/unlock buttons. dont want to do this yet, since the battery will drain a lot faster with a wifi module connected. anybody done this already ?

The remote button is bluetooth, I have It attached to a 8266 with esphome too… The commands are encrypted, can’t intercept those commands…

Hello, I want to do the same type of assembly with some differences and I would need advice:

I want to use ESPHome. Replaced the touch button (it is broken) with two push buttons.

Remove the battery and connect a live power supply. (or keep the battery but leave an external power supply connected continuously)
-
Connect a WIEGANT keyboard.
Do you have any advice for this?
