Xiaomi has released a low power bluetooth ‘smart knob’. I have just ordered one from Aliexpress. It looks like an excellent controller for HA. Doesn’t appear to be supported yet by HA but hopefully just a matter of time.
It comes in two versions, one that can be mounted into the wall, a second that is designed to stuck on the wall.
