When integrating with Yale Home app, after the initial credentials login, I faced the error “Invalid verification code” when entered a valid 2FA code received on my Gmail. It was working on my test lab few days back while waiting for my RPI4B to arrive. Any idea?
Happening to me today. New installation, setting up lock for the first time. I thought maybe it was verification codes starting with ‘0’ and it was parsing incorrectly but the latest 2FA is all whole numbers and it still fails.
I have the same issue.
Seems to be related to August integration can no longer access account after migrating to Yale Home app for devices outside of North America · Issue #93195 · home-assistant/core · GitHub
When going to https://account.aaecosystem.com/ and attempting to login, I get the same prompt for 2FA which also fails saying my 2FA code is incorrect. Which it’s not.
Seems like the issue might be on the Yale side- raises a ticket with them
Strange, I was able to successfully login pass the 2FA, 2 days ago which led me to think it could be HA issue. Will definitely check in with Yale.
Thank you
Seems Yale has fixed the issue and I can now log in on both the website and the August integration.
