Yale integration - missing Operator events

Hello Yale users,

I have connected my Yale Doorman lock using Yale integration (Cloud) and enabled the Yale Access Bluetooth integration (local). Things mostly work very well. However, I’ve noticed that some Cloud-based events are often missing from the log, and the sensors fail to change state. Most importantly, with the Operator sensor I always see the correct activity in Yale app, but often no updates in HA.

Is there anything I can do to make this more reliable? Also, it seems that this particular feature (knowing who / what manipulated the lock) is only available through the Cloud integration, and not through the Bluetooth variant. Is there any reason for that?

Thanks!

I see something similar in the cloud integration. The event is visible in the event logbook but not in the sensor logbook and the automation is not triggered.
It is for Yale Smart Outdoor Camera 01QH Motion

For the lock there are no events defined and it works fine.

It has since worked once when armed but only once.

Hello everyone,

I’m facing a similar issue with my Yale Doorman lock after integrating it with the Yale Cloud and Bluetooth (local) settings. While most functions are working fine, I’ve noticed that some Cloud-based events aren’t showing up in the log, and the sensors don’t always update their states. The biggest problem is with the Operator sensor—I see the correct activity in the Yale app, but there’s often no update in HA.

Is there anything I can do to make the updates more reliable? Also, I’ve noticed that the feature showing who or what interacted Direct2HR Safeway with the lock seems to be available only through the Cloud integration and not Bluetooth. Any idea why that might be?

Thanks!
