Yale Linus L2 (EU) and HA Matter

Hi all, did anyone get the Linus L2 lock linked to HA through Matter over WiFi ?

Lock is recognized, but then fails with an “unable to connect to network” message:

Running HA:

Core 2025.1.1
Supervisor 2024.12.3
Operating System 14.1
Frontend 20250106.0

With the Matter Add-on:

-----------------------------------------------------------
 Add-on: Matter Server
Matter WebSocket Server for Home Assistant Matter support.
-----------------------------------------------------------
 Add-on version: 7.0.0
You are running the latest version of this add-on.
 System: Home Assistant OS 14.1 (amd64 / generic-x86-64)
 Home Assistant Core: 2025.1.1
 Home Assistant Supervisor: 2024.12.3
-----------------------------------------------------------

L2 lock is at firmware 2.0.20
Yale App is at version 2025.1.0

Thanks in advance

Hi, I have exactly the same problem and can’t get the locks integrated into HA via Matter either.

Have you perhaps already found out something new or is it perhaps already working for you?

I have the same problem, did you find a solution?

firmware of the Linus L2 lock fixed all issues for me.
It’s now responsive and fast in reacting to anything HA is sending
I’m at FW 2.2.12 now (2aug2025)

It worked for a long time but after upgrade to the new matter server 9.1.0 it broke again.
Lock firmware 3.1.7

For a new robust protocol it doesn’t perform like one :cry:
