Yale Lock - No longer able to control

I recently ran a number of updates for my HA setup (core-2021.4.4 > 2021.4.6 and zwave JS 0.1.17 > 0.1.20). After doing so, I noticed I could no longer control my Yale door lock. I could see the status, and it updated right away, but I could not control it. I got around to doing more troubleshooting today and I rolled back the versions to when I knew I had proper control of the lock, but I’m in the same situation. I changed batteries in the lock as well, but no change.

In my zwave logs I see this when I try to control it:

2021-04-26T21:57:06.590Z CNTRLR [Node 047] Timed out while waiting for a response from the node

The node itself (in the integration), shows as as alive and ready. I also noticed that many of the other related entities are unavailable (battery level, low battery level, etc). This is my only secure device on my zwave network, so I lean towards that being an issue, but I do see the status of the lock change immediately when I manually lock the door.

Any ideas of what else I could troubleshoot?

Did you fix this? I have exactly the same issue but with a Zigbee version of the lock.

I dropped and re-included the lock from my Z-Wave network and it’s been working for the last 6 months at least. It’s not 100% (sometimes it says unlocked when it’s physically locked). But it’s generally right…
