Yellow ZHA failed to connect

I have encountered problems with zigbee on my homeassistant yellow, I installed the matter addon and after a while I uninstalled the matter addon. From that moment zha stopped working and when I try to configure zha (/dev/ttyAMA1 115200 hardware) its says “Failed to connect”. Sadly without an entry in the log file. When i am using an external CC2652R based USB-Stick zha works fine.

Trying to resolve the problem I flashed the firmware to latest EZSP version (v6.10.3) but stil I am unable to configure /dev/ttyAMA1 to ZHA. Any ideas how resolve this?

Found the problem, (today’s lesson is; reading is very important) As stated in the readme “GitHub - NabuCasa/silabs-firmware: Silicon Labs firmware for Yellow” I need to flash the PA version and not the PB. So after flashing the right version HA with ZHA works fine.
