You have been advised to set http.api_password (0.73.0)

Hey guys,

i recently updated to 0.73 with the new user system. I use an api_password since long time ago (0.38 or something)
After the Update I get “You have been advised to set http.api_password.” in my logs and it seems like the api_password is ignored. You already can access HA without a password.
Did i miss something, new settings or something? I couldn´t find anything in the changelog.
