Once I upgraded to 2021.2.0 home assistant would not fully start. I kept having the message : Home Assistant is starting, not everything will be available until it is finished.
To fix I had to remove the zwave config from the configuration file (I just commented it out). I had to shutdown home assistant as the restart wouldn’t complete as it would say another task hasn’t finished. Maybe it saves some headaches for others. I might have missed a notice on this but it helped. All my zwave devices are still working.
