Z-Wave Fibaro Roller Shutter 3 (FGR223) not working at all

Hello community,

I am trying to switch (from a previous Jeedom setup) to a new HA setup.
Everything Zigbee works well but I have difficulties using ZWave with my FIBARO Roller Shutter 3 modules.

Here is my hardware:

  • rpi4-64
  • AEOTEC Z-Stick Gen5 USB Controller
  • FIBARO Roller Shutter 3 FGR223

Here is my configuration:

  • Home Assistant 2022.12.8
  • Supervisor 2022.12.1
  • Operating System 9.4
  • Interface utilisateur : 20221213.1 - latest
  • Z-Wave JS Current version: 0.1.74

Roller Shutter modules are well detected but they do not work either up or down.
I tried :

  • Healing Z-Wave network
  • Healing each Fibaro module individually
  • Re-interview each Fibaro module individually (all is with a green check)
  • Reconfiguring Z-Wave from scratch (generating new security keys)

Each time, after reconfiguration, my 5 modules are detected but no moves…

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks !

Did you run calibration?

Yes, calibration is OK. If I unplug my Z-Stick USB dongle and re-plug it on the Jeedom appliance, shutters are fully working.

Following my initial post (I can upload only one image per post as a newbie user…),
After re-interrogation of the modules :

I don’t know how to reach this language, nor do I know what a jeedom appliance is, but if you included the module into your mesh outside of Z-Wave JS then I would recommend excluding it, and including it again from within Z-Wave JS.

Well, thats an interesting solution. I tried to exclude my modules by deleting them, but HA refuse because “the node responds to a ping”. Is there an better way to exclude modules from the mesh ?

If you press “Configure” on the ZWave JS box in the integrations screen, you’ll have the option.

OK Thanks I will try this.
