Z-Wave JS 1.1.0 Vs Z-Wave JS UI 7.0.0

Hi,
I am currently using Z-Wave JS UI version 6.1.2 for quite some time to control around 40 devices. I have an old Aeotec Z‐Stick Gen5 and do not have any major issues.
Would it be worth to move to Z-Wave JS 1.1.0 ? Is this require any special configuration ?
Will I be able to go back to Z-Wave JS UI 7.0.0?

Most likely the ZWaveJS-UI App/AddOn, which is a “Community” App and not an official HA App, will not be updated any more; whereas ZWaveJS is an official HA App that continues to get updates.

It requires what I would call “special work” to migrate it. Here is the official doc:
