I add issues with my Z-Wave network recently and I tried the network heal. It worked for all the nodes except one that shows “Failed”.
If I heal it at node level, the procedure goes well with no issues in the logs and I can see the green tick. Once I come back to Z-Wave JS UI, it shows again “Failed”.
It looks like a caching issue or something. Has anyone encountered the same behaviour?

Look at the zwavejs log files see what’s in there. Try powecycling the device.
You can try to set a manual priority Route (Network Graph tab). There is a diagnose tool availible too.

I ended removing the device and re-pairing it with SmartStart. The Roller Shutter was not reporting its position properly. It does work now. I had to redo several of them but the controller statistics does look much healthier.
