Z-Wave.Me ZME_UZB1 USB Stick claims not to be Z-Wave Plus?

Guys,

Just started playing with the above Z-Wave USB stick and Hassio. Configured Ok and seems to be recognised but when I do show info for Node 001 it gives the following:

averageRequestRTT: 0

Of particular concern is the:

is_zwave_plus: false

My understanding from the spec and docs is that this is a Z-Wave Plus controller?

The controller is zwave plus.

is_zwave_plus: True for any Z-Wave Plus devices (note that controllers always report false, regardless of whether they are Plus devices or not)
