I have an installation with 2 Home Assistant-Servers, each with Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2. One is master, the other is slave (remote).
The first problem is, that some time, one device on server 1 got the same Node-ID as an other device on server 2.
Each time this happens one of the 2 devices does not work. I am not able to exclude it, because it gets an ping answer form the 2. device on the second server.
So i got many entries in my Zwave Node-List which are not working. Some times i takes many hours to include a new device, because it always gets a NodeID which already exists on the other server. Some time after including a new device i get the message “This device is currently being interviewed and may not be fully operational”, but it never will be included further.
Some where i read that the NodeIDs in 2 remote server can be the same, because the ZWave-Name (each of the 2 server has its own name) is an additional criteria.
But i dont believe that any more, because if i have the same ID and I plug off this device in server1, server 1 gets an ping answer from the device which is included in server 2.
So I never can delete an not working device, because there is an answer from the 2. zwave.
Devices which has got a unique NodeID are working without problems.
ZWave is really not working - Has anyone same problems.
