I want to integrate my Z-Wave raspberry pi server in a separate HA server. So Z-Way-Server with ip address x.x.x.x to integrate in my HA server with ip address x.x.x.y. Can someone give me some tips how to do this.

Create a MQTT broker
Remote instance runs HA and reports state of all zwave devices via MQTT state stream.
Main instance and act on remote instance zwave devices via MQTT / restAPI
Any reason you want to split the two servers apart?

The Home assistant server is a test. If everything work properly I will create one server out of them.
