Z-Wave siren Vision ZM1601: how to exclude/ reset without controller?

I used this siren included in Fibaro HC2.
This HC2 does not boot anymore and I started to migrate my Z-Wave devices to Home Assistant.
In manual of ZM1601 only exclusion via controller is described (which is no option for me now).
Other Z-Wave devices usually have a factory reset without controller.
In manual of the similar siren type ZM1602 I found this statement: “This device can’t be reset manually. It is reset to factory defaults when it is excluded.”
Do I really have to throw these sirens away or is there a way for exclusion or factory reset?

You can exclude with any controller, including your new one.
