Z-wave - TKB Home TZ77 RGBW LED Strip Controller splits channels into 5

Setup:

  • Home Assistant 0.99.3 running in Docker on RasPi 4B
  • Razberry Z-Wave Hat (Model 5 I believe)
  • TKB Home TZ77 RGBW LED Strip Controller

Problem:
Light strip appearing as 5 separate channels in HA GUI. I believe this should just be one standard ‘color picker’ GUI.

Details:
I added the LED Controller to a new setup (this is the first thing I’m adding) and it successfully appeared as a node under ZWave Config. The node appears to have 5 Entities, all with an Unknown name. A bit of playing around shows that 4 of these correspond to dimming R,G,B & W and the final one acts as an overall dimmer but also seems to attempt to act as a full colour control but somehow gets the color completely wrong.

Attempted Fixes:

I am completely new to HA, but happy to get stuck in with a fix, even if it means a pull request. Any help greatly appreciated!
