Z-Wave wont attach after update to new kernel - failed and had to reinstall

I run HA on a virtualbox virtual machine and have for years. No issues. I upgraded my kernel on the host machine and broke virtualbox. I had to back up the virtual machine and reinstall the entire operating system. I have everything back up and running except for z-wave.

My dongle is a gen5 and it sits at /dev/ttyACM0 where it has been for a long time. I can’t put the location of the dongle in anymore.

Here is what I get when I try to configure

I cannot type in the USB Device Path.

When I hit submit I get this even if I delete all the data

I get this if I hit configure on the side.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get to the configuration to set the location of the device.

I have gotten here if I dont use Assistant but it is URL.

EDIT — I found where to Edit the Device (Add-on Z-wave JS) but it only has ttyS0. Looking at the VM and the hardware configuration.

EDIT – I found the problem. I forgot to add the virtualbox group to user when I reinstalled virtualbox.
