Not sure what’s going on but just migrated everything from hubitat HACS → HA to zwaveJS HA. I’m able to successfully exclude and include my locks (3x YRD 110 and 1x YRD226) but they immediately become unresponsive and eventually fall off the network. I’m unable to lock or unlock them at any point from HA. Anyone else encountering this problem? Have very strong zwave network with 60+ repeaters in close proximity and didn’t have an issue previously with hubitat.

Correct, anything that allows entry into your home requires security to be used.
Locks, Garage Door Openers, etc.
