ZB MINI update notification, will not work

Got this notification about a month ago:

The device in question is a sonoff zbmini. I had no idea OTA updates were possible over zigbee, and I even have a few other zbmini devices but only this one prompts for an update.

However, the update always fails. And the logs are not very helpful:
