ZBDongle-E can'tg get working error

Has anyone been able to get Sonoff’s ZB Dongle-E working? I’ve tried ubuntu with virutal box, debian with supervised install and now Windows 10 on virtualbox and I can not get Zigbee2MQTT to work with this dongle.

I get

I’ve flashed it with

I got it, you have to disable the device in Home Assistant. I thought it would bridged over. I guess HA had it locked so Zigbee2MQTT couldn’t talk to it. Once I disabled the device Zigbee2MQTT started up

A screenshot or two would be helpful.
