ZBT-2 no longer working

I recently purchased a Home Assistant Green and ZBT-2, initially to run a large number of Matter over Thread enabled SmartWings window shades. Initial set up went well and I was able to configure the ZBT-2 and set it as my preferred network.
However, I was noticing random shades showing as occasionally “unavailable”. In searching for solutions, one of the suggestions was to power cycle the border router. After doing this, my ZBT-2 has apparently stopped working. Under “Preferred Network”, it says “no border routers found”. Additionally, I see that, in devices, under “Open Thread Border Router”, it says “Home Assistant Connect ZBT-2 (OpenThread Border Router)
Failed setup, will retry: Unable to connect”. And now most (but not all) of my shades are showing as unavailable.

Any advice on what to do?

The OTBR AddOn likely stopped running. Check its logs and see what it says. Do a restart and see if it comes back and continues to run (or if it fails).

Thank you. I went into the OTBR AddOn. Although I am not knowledgeable enough to understand the logs, I did restart as you suggested and everything is back up and running.

Many of the shades have now reconnected. However, there are several that still show as “unavailable”. Any thoughts on how to keep the shades connected and prevent this seemingly random dropout?
