Zeoota smart power strip

I’d like to have a smart power strip with sockets I can controll separately, and can measure power consumption.

Do you guys think Home Assistant can handle this one?

It says it uses the smartlife app, so quite likely will work.

Thanks! Haven’t heard about it before.

This one works

I put tasmota on it

I can’t see if it can be switched individually, and not sure if it can measure
Also I need EU plugs

Could you confirm if it works or not? Thank you

I can’t say I’m 100% satisfied.

Power measurement is not individual, as I see. It does measure power, but you only get one summarized value for all the sockets. It was my plan to see the sockets individually…so I can set up automations for them.
Adding it to HA wasn’t easy. Had to use Tuya application for it. In the end it worked.
But it guess what…it doesn’t see power consumption…
Allegedly you can make it work with NodeRed, but I haven’t used it before. Planning to try it, but didn’t have time for it.
One more thing. If you switch a socket on with the physical button, HA won’t see it, only if you switch it with HA or the tuya application.
All things summed up…I’m a bit dissapointed…

Have you tried another firmware? https://github.com/ct-Open-Source/tuya-convert may work.

How did you manage to have the power measurement in HASS?

Thanks for you feedback. I will look for something else then. I’m looking for individual power measurement.

@victorsc let me know, if you found one!

@Klagio managed to see power measurement only in tuya application, but not in HA.

It’s not a power strip but it is what I am looking for: https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/atxu02/10_wifi_energy_plug_meters_with_esphome_final/

but are they still flashables?
