ZHA - all device disconnects but not understand why

Hello everyone,
I’ve had a Home Assistant OS installation running on a Raspberry Pi 5 for about a year now.
For the past 3 weeks, occasionally (typically 2/3 times a week), all Zigbee devices connected to HA become unavailable.
I tried checking the logs provided by HA OS (Settings → System → Logs), but I couldn’t understand anything.
I also enabled debug logging and logged the situation during one of the moments when all the devices became unavailable.

Unfortunately, I have little expertise in the matter and couldn’t find anything in the produced log, such as a phrase, code, or anything else that made me think, “Here it is! The cause of the issue.”
Can I appeal to someone to help me understand the logs together?

HA OS:
Core 2024.8.2
Supervisor 2024.08.0
Operating System 13.0

ZigBee dongle: ZBDongle-P CC2652 by Texas Instruments with firmware Z-Stack 20210708
Hardware: Raspberry pi 5 with 8GB RAM

And after 16 ms all back online:

Under Settings → System → Logs:

  • try updating your firmware
  • use an USB extension cable
  • use an USB2 port, not an USB3 port

How many router devices do you have, and how many end-devices ?

  • Fw updated via this guide to version Z-Stack 20230507.
  • The USB dongle is already connected via a USB extension cable and is 1 meter away from the wi-fi router.
  • I don’t understand why the dongle must be connected via USB 2.0. Until now, it was connected to a USB 3.0 port with no problems.
  • I have 6 routers and 40 end devices

Added visualization topology:

I have also tried digging more into the log file and found this timeout connection at the exact same time when all devices disconnected simultaneously at 6:06:16
