ZHA and devices not reliable issues

If you use for instance the Sonoff stick with ZHA, this site lists all devices known to be supported through it. The list is not complete, more combinations might work, but it is a starting point. If you use zigbee2mqtt the list is a bit different:

So you do not need to use a Aqara hub to be able to use it, you just need to pick one that supports the things you own.

I’m really thinking now it could be the new routers at faults! Has everything is going off, and on it doing this I tried to just reset the hubs but made no differences.

So the sencon time everything dropped out I just turned off thr router and back on again an dall working agian!

Thsi is the reasons I bought new routers in the first place to stop virgins routers from keep disconnecting!

But now I’m getting it with my own routers!

And Help on ASUS ASUS RT-AX82U?

I sent log files to Asus too!

Asus routers are good routers but you really need to check channels. It has been said over and over. They are very strong transmitters. For Zigbee is like trying to hear a cricket chirp at a Metallica concert if they’re on the same frequency.

  1. Make sure all hubs/routers you really need are not too close to each other. Maybe even try reducing the routers transmitter output.
  2. Did you check what channels the hubs are on (with respect to those of your router yet?

No I never seem to check the hubs, no clues how too either Im just used to extending then route with them  :man_shrugging:

Yes you could be righ the hub downstairs is not really needed, but due to it bein gin a tight spot and me needign it outside, I thought would help the range which its done, but will have to look into how I seperate the mesh on it to change the channel!
