Is it possible to initiate a Touchlink pairing via ZHA?
Background: using Sonoff dongle and trying to pair IKEA Strybar remote - works fine with IKEA Dirigera via Touchlink, but stays in Configuring state in ZHA and never makes it to the device list.

zha and zigpy libraries does not yet have any Touchlink features as far as I know. See example this feature request for initiating Touchlink factory reset:
So for Touchlink pairing you probably need to submit a feature request (as a new issue) to the zha library repo on GitHub:
For now you need to enable pairing on devices via the classic method which is unique for each device model (e.g. pressing reset button in exact timed sequence while jumping on one leg, as described in each device manual).
