Spend hours troubleshooting this,
if your device id says unk_model.
Remove the devices and all its relations (automation etc). and then readd it.

Was driving me mad! Had to remove and add a couple of times. Also make sure to push the pair button once every 2-3 seconds after you started the pairing. It keeps the pairing alive long enough for ZHA to par successfully.
