ZHA custom quirk to work with Tuya TS0601 TZE204_laokfqwu occupancy sensor

ZHA did not recognize this model so I had no sensors. Being very new to HA but with some coding experience and after a lot of trial and error I was able to come up with a quirks file that works. Heavily based on the this post -

Not sure if this is the right place to post it, but I thought it might be useful for others struggling with the same issue.
