ZHA: Device not found ([Erno 2] could not open port)

Hi,

I’m running HA within a Proxmox VM and just returned from vacation yesteraday, when I recognized my zigbee connected devices stopped working. I checked the integration and found the situation as shown below:

First thing I did was installing a couple of updates incl. the coresponsing reboots (from the past two weeks, eg. HA Core, etc.) to ensure to have everything on latest version but the issue remained.
Afterwards I shutdown HA completly, brang Proxmox to the latest version as well and fired up the HA-VM again as well; still no joy. I checked within Proxmox, the dongle is recognized:

root@prox01:~# lsusb
Bus 004 Device 002: ID 05e3:0620 Genesys Logic, Inc. GL3523 Hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 05e3:0610 Genesys Logic, Inc. Hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
** Bus 001 Device 004: ID 10c4:ea60 Silicon Labs CP210x UART Bridge **
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 05e3:0608 Genesys Logic, Inc. Hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

The dongle is assigned to the HA VM using the “Use USB Vendor / Device ID” option and selected properly.

I removed, rebooted and re-added (and rebooted again) the device to the VM but still no joy.

“lsusb” on HA Terminal gives only the following devices but I’m not sure whether it’s the right place to search:

➜ ~ lsusb
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0627:0001

Not sure whether this is really an HA or more a Proxmox related issue, hope you have an idea where to continue troubleshooting.

Solved: Seems like Proxmox had suddenly some difficulties; a fresh installation helped a lot an voila also USB stick was detected again…
