Zha fail to initialize

At the past week my ZHA with conbee fail to initialize.

It may happen after restart, and also after manually reload the integration.
Sometimes it succeed to initialize but most of the time it doesn’t.

I think it’s related to timeout. Is there a way to increase the init timeout?

Attached a screen shot. I can share full log if needed.
Thanks

Have you updated the firmware on the conbee recently, if not it might be worth doing so first.

I had a conbee2 for years and never had an issue, until approx 6-8 months ago when almost every time I restarted HA the conbee would be unavailable on restart.

I would get it back by either doing a hardware reboot OR disconnecting and reconnecting the stick.

I updated the firmware a few weeks ago (was one version behind) and touch wood, so far I have not had the issue.

Having said all of that I do know this is a very common issue reported with the conbee2.

Thanks for the response. What is the easiest way yo update the conbee firmware?

I updated it via win10, take a look here, you are supposed to be able to update it via the deconz software but I have tried 101 times and the update option never shows for me:
