ZHA IKEA Bulb HomeKit Controller - No unpaired devices could be found

I finally got my IKEA bulb added via ZHA. Long story, but needed a better USB extender cable to stop interference.

I thought once I had done that I could install the HomeKit Controller and that would bring in the bulb and then HomeKit Bridge would send it to HomeKit. The HomeKit Controller says. No unpaired devices could be found. The bulb is not in HomeKit. What have I misunderstood?

I found it. It was already in the Home app. It was hidden in the default room. I am still a bit confused when to use HomeKit Controller.
