Zigbee bulb TS0505B infinity reconnecting

Gateway: xiaomi ZNDMWG04LM
problem: infinity reconnecting
My steps:

1. Turn on/off 3 times to switch to pairing mode (bulb starts flashing)
2. In zha, I switch to device search mode and add bulb
3. After a while, the bulb starts flashing again as in pairing mode
