Same for me, after the update the pairing process is running smoothly.
I updated to 1.4.1_0164.0158 and lost all hub connection to HA. In the end i followed this thread to gain serial access to the Hub
I manged to connect the TX and RX by hand ( no soldering ) and added the command to open the ports.
All now working OK . MY advice only update if you have too ( I’m testing tradfri bulbs !)
