Zigbee Devices not available after Power loss

Hello Guys

I use the ConBee III Stick as Zigbee hub. Previously (as you can see in my question-history) I had massive Zigbee problems. Thankfully, I found solutions, thanks to you guys in this forum.

Everything worked fine until now.
So the problem is, there was a power outage because some electrician had to do some work at home. Normally, when this happens, HA restarts and connects all devices again. Not this time.

What happened is:
All devices reconnected to Deconz. I can see this in the Deconz Add-on. So, Devices reconnected to the hub.

But all devices in HA are not available. Like if Decons didn’t match the device status it has on deconz with the HA devices. If you know what I mean. Really strange. Any idea how and why and how I can fix it?
