Zigbee dongle for Aqara sensors

Hi, I just got myself a temperature sensor from aqara (this one)

I am now looking to get a zigBee USB dongle for my RPi4. Does anyone know which model works best for the Aqara temp sensor? (Ideally I’d like something that works out of the box, without re-flashing).
