Zigbee Ethernet gateway

Hi,
I have a ethernet zigbee gateway registered in SmartLife.
I integrate my SmartLife account with Tuya.

But the gateway is mark as unsupported.

How can i fix this?

Do you have Zigbee devices connected to the gateway ? They should be supported.

Hi,
Yes a have 1 device connected:

  • Thermostat Valve (unsupported)

And the device is unsupported
