Zigbee firmware update skip

The skip update function for zigbee devices is broken. I have almost 30 devices just keep constantly coming up that there are new firmware updates and clicking skip only ignores them for a little while. The version of the firmware doesn’t change and it prompts again for an update.

This behavior is different than any other skip update in HA so if this is intended functionality it falls outside the norm.

A bug report is not a feature request, moved.

I guess it’s not a configuration issue either, where should it go? I asked all over discord and no one is able to point me where this should be reported properly.

Simple: github, exactly where the docs tell you “issues” go.

That would be great if I knew all of the inner workings of HA and could tell exactly which of the 102 repositories this one belongs to. I do really appreciate your help so far though.

core.

hint, go here Zigbee Home Automation - Home Assistant

It has links to both the github source for that integration, and any existing github issues for that integration. Post in the same place.

Report an issue with Home Assistant Core (stating that the ZHA integration is causing an issue), follow ZHA docs which basically say to; enable debug logging, collect diagnostics, and then report it as a new issue to Home Assistant core repository on GitHub, see:
