Zigbee hub recommended for this situation

Hi! My HA configuration is based on Wi-Fi devices only. Since I want to add a few movement detectors and wireless buttons I realized I have to get used to Zigbee.

So, I started to search for Zigbee hubs that work with devices from different brands and that have good integration with Hassio. My initial idea was to go with CC2531 but I don’t know how to implement that in the situation I have right now (see below).

My Raspberry Pi3 is located far far away from the place where I want to install the zigbee sensors, buttons etc. So I imagine I would need a zigbee hub near the sensors. I have strong wi-fi signal there so I guess I will need to have a zigbee hub connected to Wi-fi.

Any recommendations? Any tips of what I can do?

As @tteck said, wait for the tubeszb to come back in stock.
Alternatively, what I do is have a spare Raspberry Pi on which I install ser2net and plugin the USB stick (go with a cc2652 not a cc2531 - it’s much better). Then, using Zigbee2MQTT you can have it talk over your WiFi to the Pi, as described here: How to connect to a remote adapter | zigbee2mqtt.io

The 2nd Raspberry Pi is a great idea. IDK about the “tubeszb” , since I live in South America, it can become very expensive.
