I have 19 Innr lightbulbs and led strips in my house. All on the first floor. They work just fine, but once in a while two off them become unavailable. I have to take them off power and put them on again to have them function again. I switched from deconz to conbee II ZHA integration, but it keeps happening. It cannot be the distance to other zigbee devives, because in the same room there are at least ten 230V powered devices. The device shows me this:
Is this problem with 2 specific devices (always the same devices) or aleatory?
Are those 2 devices still under warranty? If so, why don’t claim for a replacement/repair?
What about rotating devices with some similar device in other location? After the mesh is rebuild, if the problem moves with the devices you know it is with the devices, but if the problem appears on the new devices on that location, so you know you have to review your network.
It is always those two devices that are giving me trouble. I took them already out of a ceiling lamp because I dind’t want to open up that lamp so often. They are under warranty so I think I have to claim that. Before doing so I had to be sure that this is not a problem with my setup or my actions. I contacted Innr earlier and they said they can’t give warranty because I don’t use by them approved hardware. I now contacted the reseller also. But if there should be a solution I can apply, I would prefer that before claiming my warranty because it is not neccesary in that case.
