Zigbee - Lan coordinator - out of the vbox

Hi,

My server is in the basement, so i’m looking for a Zigbee LAN gateway to place it somewhere central in the house.

Looking arround the compatible zigbee gateways on Database of Zigbee devices compatible with ZHA, Tasmota, Zigbee2MQTT, deCONZ, ZiGate and ioBroker if find no lan-gateway which works out of the box. Is there any none-DIY LAN-Gateway with zipy?
