Zigbee LED Bulbs Default Colour Temperature

I have a couple of Philips Hue Colour temperature lights connected directly to the home assistant with zha. I was wondering how do change the default colour temperature of the lights when they are powered on? I know this is a feature of the hue hub but i don’t have one.

Thanks to, @TheJulianJES on discord i figured it out.
Essentially
Integrations → ZHA → Devices → Your device → Clusters.
In there go make sure OnOff → start_up_on_off is equal to StartUpOnOff.On.
Then go to Color → start_up_color_tempeature and set that to whatever you want.
