Recently I added a CC2652P ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus (Sonoff) to my HA setup. My aim is to migrate my Philips Hue devices to the Zigbee controller, and be able to add IKEA devices to my setup without needing another IKEA Hub, and loosing the Hue hub as well in the process. However, it;s not as easy to use as I expected. Or maybe there is something I am missing.
What have I done:
- The dongle is recognised, and I have added the ZHA integration. Resulting in a ZHA integration with a Zigbee Coordinator. All looks fine so far.
- I have deleted a Philips Hue dimmer from my Hue setup
- I have added (Add Zigbee device) a Philips Hue dimmer and two IKEA Remote controls N2. They are recognised, configured, and it looks like the are ready to use (so far very much like the Z-wave setup).
- In the menu for an automation, the device (the Hue dimmer) shows a list of possible triggers, for all four buttons and various way of using the button (one time, two times etc.)
- When using an automation, it looks like the only button which is working, is the “On” button (one click). An automation for the “Off” button does not work, neither a dim button, etc.
- Using a blueprint for the RWL021 results in the same effect: all is working is the on button, I cannot dim or turn lights off.
I have tried to search and google for some tips/solutions, but so far I did not find a lead. Does this behaviour make any sense, and if so, what cause of action should I try to fix?
PS: The IKEA buttons dont react fully either, and because those are my two first IKEA objects, I would like to setup a Hue device first.
