I’ve ran with HA and a Conbee dongle for months with no issues. However, I was replacing a few switches, and inadvertantly clicked “Update configuration” instead of “Add device” on my Zigbee Global options and things have been bad since. Most devices went offline and I had to re-pair them. Devices go unavailable at random. Sometimes they’re connected and I can see updates from them if I hit the physical switch, but sometimes the updates won’t occur when the physical switch is hit. Sometimes when they’re paired, they can’t be controlled remotely, but will see status changes. I’m having to reconnect multiple devices daily.
What’s the best way to blow away my whole Zigbee config and start again? Is it as simple as just removing the integration? Or are there other things I should be doing with the dongle, etc?
