Zigbee thermostat

Does anybody have some experience with these?

Can i use them without any cloud/app usage?
Or what do you advice in general?

Thx in advance,
Wiesl

Buy one a see how it goes. This is not a thermostat. That is smart trv. I use moes smart trvs. Zigbee devices generally doesn’t require cloud to be controlled if they can be paired with ha. I never stumbled upon device that couldn’t be paired with my ha.
But smart trv will not automate your heating. For that you will need to integrate or automate your boiler or furnace or whatever device you are using as a heat provider.
Smart trvs can precise regulate room temperature and in some cases, if heat provider have that option, can turn heating in boiler. But usually furnaces or boiler do have their own programs for heating.

First read up on the difference between “smart thermostat” and “thermostatic radiator valve” (a.k.a. “TRV”) to know when and how to use them both. It is today generally recommended that you use both one smart thermostat for your house (or more if your boiler can control heating in several separate zones) as well as also thermostatic radiator valves in rooms that need individual temperature settings, but do not have both a thermostat and a TRV in the same room as that will mess up the readings they use.

Lastly, check out these to know more about why you also want TRVs in addition to a smart thermostat in your house:
